All personal data processing activities conducted by CHECKMASTER TEKNOLOJI A.Ş. comply with the obligations required by KVKK and all other applicable legislation. Personal data may be processed for the purposes of responding to user requests, communicating with users via email or phone, evaluating complaints, and responding to suggestions and inquiries.

Camera Permission Usage in the Application

Our mobile application may request access to the device’s camera in order to perform certain operations such as submitting task evidence, verifying user identity during shift tracking processes, or capturing photos as part of a checklist. Camera access is used only with the user’s explicit consent and solely during the relevant operation. The captured images are processed and stored securely in our systems solely for the defined operational purposes. These images are never shared with third parties and are not used for any purpose other than those consented to by the user.

Depending on the services provided and our commercial activities, your personal data may be collected electronically through the contact form in the “Contact Us” section of the website, based on the legal reasons mentioned above. In accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, the data may be processed and transferred for the purposes stated in this policy, provided that fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed. CHECKMASTER TEKNOLOJI A.Ş. will respond to your request as soon as possible and within a maximum of thirty (30) days, depending on the nature of the request. If processing requires an additional cost, a fee will be charged according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, individuals whose personal data is processed have the following rights:

  • To learn whether personal data is being processed,
  • To request information if personal data has been processed,
  • To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used appropriately,
  • To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
  • To request the correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, and to request notification of the correction to third parties,
  • To request the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons for processing no longer exist, even if it was processed in accordance with the law, and to request notification of the deletion or destruction to third parties,
  • To object to any adverse outcome resulting from the automatic processing of personal data,
  • To request compensation for damages arising from the unlawful processing of personal data.

CHECKMASTER TEKNOLOJI A.Ş. will respond in writing without charge for requests up to ten pages. For each additional page beyond ten, a processing fee of 1 TL per page may be charged. If the response is provided on a CD, flash drive, or other media, the cost of the medium will be requested.
